The essential introduction for those new to SUP , the 3 hr session is led by one of our qualified instructors, we provide the foundations to get you Stand up Paddle boarding. Under 16's must be accompanied by a participating adult.

The Derwent water SUP Tour is the perfect way to explore the beauty of paddling in the Lakes. Suitable for existing paddlers. Session includes all paddling equipment and instructor/guide. Not suitable for under 14's.

SUP River Trip is for existing paddlers who want to take their paddling to the next level and experience River paddling on moving water. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. Session not suitable for children under 14.
